The Finer Details
Our award-winning dedicated events team are more than happy to assist you in creating a bespoke event to 昀椀t
your preferences in terms of budget, dietary & special requirements.
Room Hire: We offer complimentary room hire for occasions with a food spend of €500 or more. Please note that
this does not include spend on beverages. Dining spend less than €500 will incur a €100 room hire fee.
Private Bar: Private bar spend less than €300 will incur a €100 room hire fee.
Please note that not all our private spaces have the option of a bar.
The Mingling & Dancing: You’re more than welcome to provide your own live entertainment.
Alternatively, we can provide atmospheric background music, but if you would prefer to provide your own
Spotify playlist, you can! Please note that not all our private spaces have the option of a dance昀氀oor.
The Seating Arrangements: Round banqueting tables will hold between 6 – 10 guests comfortably
and rectangular tables will hold between 10 – 14 guests comfortably.
Should you wish to have a speci昀椀c room setup please liaise with a member of our team.
The Bits & Bobs: Additional items of décor may be added to your private space (T&Cs apply).
We can provide the use of a cake stand and knife should your occasion require it, subject to availability.
The Provisional Hold: If you have found the date you love and decided we are the perfect host for your occasion,
we can provisionally hold a date to allow you time to think things through.
A provisional hold is free of charge and lasts for two weeks (T&Cs apply).
The Of昀椀cial Booking: To of昀椀cially secure your chosen date we require a €250 deposit.
The deposit will be deducted from your 昀椀nal bill which is payable prior to departure from the hotel on the day of
your event. Please note that your 昀椀nal balance must be settled as one group payment.
